Psychoframe - anaysis of corporate culture and values

Psychoframe author, Karel de Laat, comments on the corporate background to the Psychoframe.

"From the time I took my first part-time job forty years ago, I realised that there are many things that people want to say but never do. In particular, I learned there are many very helpful things that people want to say to "management", but they very rarely get the opportunity.

Later, I spent most of my thirty years of consulting helping people to connect with management and help create better work environments and better companies. However, I always felt there had to be a more efficient way, than the many workshops and interviews I had to conduct, to connect managers and leaders to members of their team.

Now technology has allowed me to create an on-line analysis tool that can be used to analyse group thinking and give leaders and managers the information their team members are so eager to provide. The Psychoframe analysis and reporting tools introduced in the next section build cohesive company culture by cutting through poor communication' that has been on the top of everyones' list of corporate problems for as long as I can remember.

Using the the Psychoframe for analysis of corporate culture and values requires the individual to list the the corporate group that has sponsored the analysis as the Subject of the Psychoframe on the Psychoframe Profiling and Validation Form. From that point onward, you complete the Booklet as though the Corporation or group you are referring to has a personality, which is and easy and effective way of thinking about the Corporate Subject's culture and values.

The Psychoframe Booklet has been designed to be as self explanatory as possible, but there is a Psychoframe Principles and Practices page to help you if you need it."
