Psychoframe Mediation

Seeing the other person's point of view is a critical element of reaching mutual understanding and working towards agreement. The Psychoframe provides a comprehensive picture of each individual's stated values and whether they live by those values. The Psychoframes can be self created or be completed by others.

Sharing Psychoframe information is used to progress understanding and the development of mutual goals leading to agreement on the issues which brought about the need for mediation. As with so many problems in developing human understanding, knowing the real issues is the biggest part of the challenge.

This is why the Psychframe is special in mediation because it reveals the details of the true issues, not just what the people involved believe are the key differences. Each person completes a Psychoframe on all parties and then a sharing arrangement provides the mediation platform for all to understand and consider a mutually acceptable position of agreement.

Essentially, there is a common Psychoframe that can be agreed to resolve the differences between the individual Psychoframes (Psychological Frameworks) that are bringing the people involved into conflict.
