Introduction to the Psychoframe by Karel de Laat, Psychologist, Managing Director. We all project a certain image, but not all of us live up to it. As groups and corporations we define our image in more detail and call the principles we intend to follow, values. Once again not all groups and the members of those groups can live up to these values. The Psychoframe was designed to measure the difference between the values individuals and groups project and the reality of how they behave. The aim is to provide understanding of the gap between the perception and reality and strategies to close the gap.
